To prepare for NABH accreditation there are plethora of standards and objective elements required for pharmacy in a hospital. These requirements are given under the chapter of ‘Management of Medication (MOM) but not limited to it as other few chapters also talk about the objective elements entails to fulfil in pharmacy.
