Course Overview:
Learn the most effective way to write a Nursing Care Plan and how to use them in a clinical setting. This course includes examples of nursing care plans for the most common disease processes and all the major body systems. When you complete this course, you will be able to write and implement powerful and effective nursing care plans.

- Establish programs such as care pathways and care bundles. Care pathways involve a team effort in order to come to a consensus with regards to standards of care and expected outcomes while care bundles are related to best practice with regards to care given for a specific disease.
